Aleph conducted an outcomes-focused evaluation for ICCROM (International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property), assessing its 2018-2025 strategic cycle. The report examined ICCROM’s impact on heritage conservation, capacity building, policy advocacy, and global partnerships. The findings highlighted strong contributions to cultural heritage preservation, but recommended improvements in monitoring, evaluation, and decentralised implementation.
